Now hiring: we are hiring an electrician in Clark County, Nevada. Day-to-day duties: • Read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams • Carry out preventive maintenance on switchgear and busbars • Check earth continuity and earth pit resistance • Fault-find on motor starters and star-delta panels • Replace faulty switches, sockets and light fittings • Crimp lugs and terminate armoured cable glands Requirements: • Sound knowledge of IS wiring and earthing standards • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolds • Willing to do shift work and breakdown call-outs Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
