Now hiring: we are hiring a fabrication workshop technician in Harding County, New Mexico. You will work at a uPVC door and window showroom-cum-workshop. On the job you will handle: • Fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash • Read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile • Install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter • Glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square • Drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame • Check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals Ideal candidate: • Comfortable handling and lifting glazed units safely • Driving licence for measure-up and site-fitting visits • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
