Requirements: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Punctual, reliable and hard-working Day to day you will mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
