Grill cook wanted in Erie County

Now hiring: we are hiring a grill cook in Erie County, Ohio. On a typical shift you will check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; prepare the mise en place before each service; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
