Lift maintenance fitter — San Juan County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a lift maintenance fitter in San Juan County, Utah. On the job you will handle: • Fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork • Rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables • Carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes • Adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy • Wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches • Test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake You should have: • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring 1+ years on the tools preferred.
