Requirements: • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron You will mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square; keep in-process inspection records and log production counts; machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters.
