Vacancy available: we are hiring a flatlock machine operator in Vernon County, Wisconsin. Day-to-day duties: • Change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation • Match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching • Stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance • Inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes • Topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish Ideal candidate: • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
