Moulder wanted in Elk County

Join our team: we are hiring a moulder in Elk County, Kansas. The job is at a brass and bronze foundry. Day-to-day duties: • Maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings • Melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces • Check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring • Pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles • Make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities Requirements: • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal 1+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
