Great opportunity: back-of-house cleaner (Michigan)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Montmorency County, Michigan. You will wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls. You should have: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure We offer $4,200 per month plus benefits.
