You should have: • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding The role involves strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair; mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour; treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection; feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray; knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly.
