Steel fixing chargehand • Robertson County, Tennessee

We are recruiting: we are hiring a steel fixing chargehand in Robertson County, Tennessee. The job is on an infrastructure project such as a metro or flyover. The role involves: • Form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions • Keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust • Cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder • Lap and splice bars to the specified lap length You should have: • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements Full-time with occasional weekends.
