Metal caster — Gwadabawa

Join our team: we are hiring a metal caster in Gwadabawa, Sokoto State. The job is on the moulding line. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding • Experience working in a ferrous or non-ferrous foundry On a typical shift you will pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles; skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring; inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects; mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture; prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes.
