Urgent requirement: we are hiring a tyre and wheel fitter in Jay County, Indiana. You should have: • Awareness of workshop health and safety • 1+ years' experience fitting and balancing tyres • A good eye for tread wear and sidewall damage On a typical shift you will keep the tyre bay tidy and dispose of scrap tyres; inflate tyres to the manufacturer's recommended PSI, including nitrogen fills; repair punctures with mushroom plugs and internal patches; remove and refit hub caps and locking wheel nuts; torque the wheel nuts to spec with a torque wrench.
