We are recruiting: we are hiring a dent repair specialist in Clarke County, Iowa. You should have: • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding Day to day you will MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place; measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates; check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull; straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains. 6+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $3,500 per month plus benefits. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
