Cnc lathe operator • Pecos County, Texas

Vacancy available: we are hiring a cnc lathe operator in Pecos County, Texas. You will be based at a busy machine shop. What we are looking for: • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred On a typical shift you will write and edit G-code programs at the control; top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed; set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets; read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances; deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
