Injection moulding machine operator • Ards and North Down, Northern Ireland

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an injection moulding machine operator in Ards and North Down, Northern Ireland. Requirements: • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety • Able to read job cards and basic engineering drawings The role involves: • Report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter • Segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches • Measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges • Key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature • Set up and start the machine as per the job card • Clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line Overtime paid at a premium rate.
