You should have: • Trade certificate in auto body repair an advantage • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling Day to day you will MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place; strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair; feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray; pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder. 1+ years on the tools preferred. £1,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
