Domestic gas engineer wanted in Chippewa County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a domestic gas engineer in Chippewa County, Wisconsin. You should have: • Sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces • Driving licence for travel between sites The role involves: • Run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints • Check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray • Purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate • Thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant • Braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints Meals and transport allowance provided.
