Urgent requirement: we are hiring a production line helper in Mille Lacs County, Minnesota. Day-to-day duties: • Snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses • Log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay • Apply labels, barcodes and serial stickers in the right position • Keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station • Pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line Ideal candidate: • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Able to stand for the full shift and do repetitive hand work 3+ years on the tools preferred. $28 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
