Commis chef — Zangon Kataf

Vacancy available: we are hiring a commis chef in Zangon Kataf, Kaduna State. The job is in a hospital or office canteen. Your main tasks: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha Ideal candidate: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Part-time with flexible hours.
