You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish The role involves knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly; buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections; feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray; mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour; pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder; mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
