Sheet metal press operator — Armstrong County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a sheet metal press operator in Armstrong County, Pennsylvania. You should have: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges On a typical shift you will top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways; clear scrap and offcuts from the die area; run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely; watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts; carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor; apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean. At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
