We are recruiting: prep cook (Vermont)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a prep cook in Chittenden County, Vermont. On a typical shift you will manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
