Catering cook • Okobo, Akwa Ibom State

Vacancy available: we are hiring a catering cook in Okobo, Akwa Ibom State. You will follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; prepare the mise en place before each service; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch. Ideal candidate: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking 5+ years on the tools preferred.
