Vertical transportation technician wanted in Bradford

Day to day you will set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear; install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway; measure rope tension and check for broken strands; mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators; fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork. What we are looking for: • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
