Meat trimmer wanted in Cocke County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Cocke County, Tennessee. The job is at a wholesale meat market. Day-to-day duties: • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required Rotating shifts.
