Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Sherman County, Kansas. You will be based in a metal finishing workshop. Requirements: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes On a typical shift you will check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time.
