Great opportunity: we are hiring an advanced scaffolder in Drew County, Arkansas. Day to day you will install ladder access and ladder gates between the lifts; fit guardrails, mid-rails and toe boards to every working platform; erect tube-and-fitting and system scaffolds such as Cuplok and Kwikstage; plumb the standards and level the ledgers with a spirit level; fix transoms and bracing to keep the structure square and rigid; handle, sort and stack tubes and fittings for loading out. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of safe loading, bracing and tie patterns • Working-at-height / PASMA training an advantage Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
