You should have: • Understanding of hand and radio signals • A good head for heights for tower crane work • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts Day to day you will fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports; read and interpret the load chart before every lift; set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground; climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
