Powder coater wanted in Tama County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coater in Tama County, Iowa. The job is in a metal finishing workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches What we are looking for: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
