Now hiring: we are hiring a glazing fabricator in Elbert County, Colorado. The job is on a residential building site. Ideal candidate: • Accurate to the millimetre on cuts and mitre joints • 2+ years' hands-on experience fabricating aluminium doors and windows • Own basic hand tools — measuring tape, spirit level, cordless drill The role involves: • Check frames for plumb, level and square before fixing • Assemble window and door frames from extruded sections • Read fabrication drawings and take site measurements for windows and doors • Drill, tap and rivet sections and fix with self-drilling screws • Cut aluminium profiles to size on a double-mitre cutting saw • Fabricate and fit aluminium composite panel (ACP) cladding Six days a week, one day off.
