We are recruiting: we are hiring a MIG/MAG welder in Northeastern Connecticut Planning Region, Connecticut. The role involves strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc; lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints; grind back and re-weld any defective runs; change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch; control distortion with a balanced welding sequence; set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator.
