Immediate opening: we are hiring a sausage maker in Lebanon County, Pennsylvania. You will be based at a wholesale meat market. On the job you will handle: • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts You should have: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
