Requirements: • Valid site safety card and PPE (helmet, boots, gloves) • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites The role involves cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder; place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing; keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust; lap and splice bars to the specified lap length; assemble column and beam cages on the bench.
