Steward wanted in Whiteside County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a steward in Whiteside County, Illinois. The job is in a hotel kitchen. What we are looking for: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates Day-to-day duties: • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls Full-time, day shift.
