Glazing installer wanted in Jefferson Davis Parish

We are recruiting: we are hiring a glazing installer in Jefferson Davis Parish, Louisiana. You will work at a double glazing firm. Day-to-day duties: • Grind and polish cut edges to take off the sharp arris • Measure window and door openings and order glass to size • Secure glass with glazing beads, clips and points • Cut glass to size using a glass cutter and running pliers • Install mirrors, shower screens and glass balustrades • Fit double-glazed sealed units into frames You should have: • Comfortable working at height with scaffolding and ladders • Confident handling and lifting heavy glass panes At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
