Great opportunity: we are hiring a stone mason in Sevier County, Tennessee. You will work in a natural stone fabrication unit. On the job you will handle: • Shape edges, bullnoses and bevels with an angle grinder and profiling wheels • Grout the joints and wipe off the excess before it sets • Restore old marble by honing, crystallising and buffing back to finish • Lay marble tiles and slabs on floors, stairs and walls with adhesive mortar • Cut marble and granite slabs on a bridge saw with diamond blades Ideal candidate: • Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy slabs • Steady hand for edge profiling and a fine polished finish Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
