Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Saint Mary's County, Maryland. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Day to day you will top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat.
