Urgent requirement: dishwashing attendant (South Dakota)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Campbell County, South Dakota. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. Requirements: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers You will hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils.
