Ideal candidate: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies The role involves follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs. $3,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
