Immediate opening: we are hiring a steel fixing chargehand in Saint John the Baptist Parish, Louisiana. The role involves: • Tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers • Place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing • Keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust • Form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions Ideal candidate: • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations Full-time with occasional weekends.
