Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Washington County, Kansas. Requirements: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Willing to work shifts and overtime On a typical shift you will pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer $6,500 per project plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
