Body shop technician wanted in Union County

Join our team: we are hiring a body shop technician in Union County, Iowa. You will work in an insurance-approved repair centre. You should have: • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench Day-to-day duties: • Treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection • Straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains • Mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour • Feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray • Pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder • Measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
