Urgent requirement: we are hiring a demolition labourer in Stonewall County, Texas. The job is on a road and bridge project. Your main tasks: • Cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days • Pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator • Break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker • Wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean • Bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns Ideal candidate: • Wear safety helmet, boots and gloves at all times • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio • Able to lift and carry heavy loads such as 50 kg cement bags all day Pay around $180 per day, based on your experience.
