LGV Class 1 driver — Cheshire West and Chester

Immediate opening: we are hiring a LGV Class 1 driver in Cheshire West and Chester, England. You will work in a refrigerated transport fleet. What we are looking for: • Valid HGV/LGV Class 1 (C+E) licence • Willing to take on night and multi-day trips • Valid digital tachograph card Day-to-day duties: • Plan routes and rest stops in line with driving-hours rules • Operate tail-lifts and pump trucks during loading and unloading • Check tyre pressures, engine oil, coolant and brake fluid levels • Top up AdBlue and refuel at scheduled stops • Carry out daily walk-around vehicle checks before setting off • Reverse and carry out blind-side manoeuvres at loading bays 1+ years on the tools preferred. £2,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
