Sheet metal press operator wanted in Lawrence County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a sheet metal press operator in Lawrence County, Pennsylvania. The job is in a forging and pressing unit. Day to day you will record output and downtime on the production sheet; adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings; operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses; fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting; set up and change stamping dies and tooling. Requirements: • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. $4,250 per project, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
