Now hiring: we are hiring a dumper truck operator in Conwy, Wales. The job is on an earthmoving and excavation site. The role involves level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines; break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment; read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles; top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects; carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension. You should have: • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Understanding of safe digging near underground services • Valid heavy equipment / plant operator licence A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
