RCC mason • Edwards County, Kansas

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a RCC mason in Edwards County, Kansas. You will be based on a road and bridge project. On the job you will handle: • Set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins • Carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab • Cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days • Lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade • Strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength You should have: • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods Meals and transport allowance provided.
