Banquet server • Hidalgo County, New Mexico

Great opportunity: we are hiring a banquet server in Hidalgo County, New Mexico. You will be based at a busy restaurant. On the job you will handle: • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table Ideal candidate: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. $3,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
