What we are looking for: • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • Able to read and match factory paint codes Your main tasks: • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair • Wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
